Compliance and Editing Fees

Fee Payment

At the beginning of the manuscript submission process, authors must attach proof of payment of the compliance fee. Manuscripts without proof of payment of this fee will not be reviewed. After the scientific evaluation, if accepted for publication, authors must pay the editing fee, provide the technical language review, and translate the abstracts.

Technical Review of Portuguese Language and Translation of Abstracts

When the article is accepted and the editing process is completed, the author will receive an email from the editorial office, reaffirming these instructions:

  • Certified translators and reviewers by HERE listed in this document.
  • The documents to be sent in the final template (provided only by the office).

The return of the manuscript in the translated, revised, and certified versions, as well as proof of payment of the editing fee with the payer's name and visible payment date, must be attached via the OJS system within a designated period. Failure to meet this deadline and/or non-compliance with the template (final template) will result in the archiving of the manuscript. In case of difficulties meeting the deadline, contact Technical Support (apoio@abennacional.org.br).

At this point, carefully check the submission of the manuscript according to the final template (author names, institution, ORCID, order of authorship).

The Editorial Board decided to charge R$ 200,00 in case of erratum due to author oversight.
